I joined The Schram Academy 20 years ago, initially drawn by its impressive infrastructure. However, it was the supportive environment and the remarkable leadership, especially our humble and approachable chairperson, that made me stay. TSA’s commitment to valuing its teachers created a sense of belonging, making it feel like home. Teaching has always been my passion, sparked by childhood memories of playing "teacher" with friends. As a dedicated educator, I’ve focused on instilling discipline, organized work, and core values that shape students' futures. Beyond academics, I emphasize handwriting, personal grooming, cleanliness, and the importance of neatness in all aspects of life. My classroom is dynamic, filled with laughter and activity-based learning. Children fondly call me their “second mother,” a title I hold dear, reflecting the strong bond we share.

Here, I was empowered as a leader, thinker, and doer, representing TSA in various forums and learning invaluable lessons in leadership as part of the student council. During my pivotal 10th grade, The Schram Academy’s unwavering support and rigorous academics turned challenges into stepping stones, thanks to teachers who believed in me more than I did myself. Beyond academics, I gained real-world skills as a member of the media and content creation teams, I sharpened my communication and teamwork skills while growing through sports and creativity.
